B.A. LL.B (5 Years) & LL.B. (3 Years) Degree Course

The 5 Year Law Course, leading to B.A. LL.B. is an integrated ten semester law course.

The 3 Year Law Course, leading to LL.B. is a six semester law course.

Admission is open to any candidate who has cleared their 12th standard examination from any recognized Board across India in any stream or Graduate from any stream followed by MH-CET Examination.

Course Offered (5-Year Program)

• The first and second year of the five-year course, i.e. 1st to 4th semester, is a 'Pre-Law' course.
• The students of the five-year degree program are awarded the B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree at the end of the third year (i.e. 6th semester) and, on completion of five years (10th semester), the LL.B. degree (Five Years) is conferred.

• Intake Capacity: 60 Seats (1 Division)
• Duration of Course: Five Years (Ten Semesters)
• Admission Criteria: Merit Basis through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) as per MH-CET (Maharashtra State Common Entrance Merit)
• Eligibility: Non-Zero MH-CET Score & 12th in any stream, with minimum 45% for Open Category (for 5-year course)
• Eligibility (3-Year Course): Non-Zero MH-CET Score & Graduate from any stream, with minimum 45% for Open Category
