The Curriculum as per the University of Mumbai

• The new 75:25 CBCS has come into effect as per University of Mumbai circular no. AAMS_UGS/ICC/2022-23/168 dated 17th November 2022, from academic year 2022-23 which is applied from the first year of LL.B. (3 Years) and B.A. LL.B. (5 Years) and progressively thereafter as students will students will proceed to higher class and new students get admitted.
• Note: Passing in the Practical Training is mandatory (excluding first & second year of B.A. LL.B. (5 Years) Course).
• The Curriculum & Examination Pattern will be as per the University of Mumbai, revised as per circular no. AAMS_UGS/ICC/22023-24/18 dated 26th June 2023. This pertains to the implementation of the CBCS system for:
  • Three Years LL.B (Sem I to Sem VI)
  • Five Years B.A. LL.B. (Sem I to Sem X)
